How to run a Library Item from a Uniview Command

Often times you may want to run/flyto etc. a custom event / bookmark / surface location ( basically library items) in Uniview through a uniview command (e.g from a Producer .timeline or from an external software).

Lets say you want to run the atmosphere toggle custom event. Here's the command:

gui.library run_action path=application/data/Custom%20Events/Earth/Atmosphere.customevent action=run

A quick way to see these commands is the following:

1. In Uniview open Windows->Other Tools->Event History
2. Check the "GUI" check box.
3. Open "Panels Builder
4. From the custom event library, drag an event on to a panel
5. Click the newly formed custom event button on the panel.
6. Notice that in the "Incoming" events in the "Network Events History" tool, you will see what command is sent to Uniview.
