Adjust Pitch via Custom Command in Sky Mode
Since we have a tilted dome, we often like to start off with the pitch offset in sky mode. Tilting up the panorama isn't really right, because then the horizon isn't accurate. Obviously we can manually pitch down, but is there a runtime command I can send to automatically set the pitch to 15 degrees? And then manually dial it back down to 0 to "lay the audience flat"?

There isn't any command for that. You could tweak the rotation using "orbitcamera.prop.Rotation 0 1 0 45 2" for a 2 second transition to that axis angle (0 1 0 45) but to account for the azimuth makes it a bit harder, this would be a pitch of 45 degrees with azm of 0 (north).
If you always want to enter skymode in a specific angle and then manually rotate to the horizon, you could adjust the horizonoffset in systemconfiguration to an angle - then manually rotate to 0 pitch.
I will add an feature request for the future releases on this.
